Online Sales

All sale prices are listed in Canadian Currency.  Currently, we ship to Canada only through our online store.

All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal.  No credit card information is collected or stored on this website.

Shipping is charged 30% of your total order. Orders will be shipped through Canada Post. If you have any questions regarding our order, please contact eddie@c2-interiors.com.

Note: For Christmas delivery, all orders must be placed by Dec 1/16


C2-interiors.com Return and Exchange Policy

Supporting our local economy and manufacturing locally leads us to source and produce our products with a focus on  Made in Canada. A strong emphasis is also placed on sourcing and producing high quality products that are Artisan, and Unique. However, should you have any issues with your products (excluding Coffee which is 100% non-refundable) please contact eddie@c2-interiors.com and we will be happy to arrange refund or exchange within reason.

Please read and adhere to the following below:

Refunds (if applicable)

If you notice a problem with the product or your order, you must contact us at eddie@c2-interiors.com within 14 days, for return approval. After you receive approval, you may return your item. Once your return is received and inspected (items must be in original packaging and unused) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card through Paypal. It may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account or on your credit card, based on the time for the credit to work through the system.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

A. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
B. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
C. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
D. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at eddie@c2-interiors.com.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eddie@c2-interiors.com and we’ll let you know where to ship your


In order to return your product please email us at eddie@c2-interiors.com and we’ll let you know what address to mail the item to.

Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
